I got a GPS 2 years ago in the same promotion last time. I have received the renewal letter without the GPS and I saw the promotion on the website. I called NRMA and enquired about the GPS and they said ok we will provide it for my renewals for $354. However, it was only when i called up. The deal is not automatic for renewals.
Have been with NRMA for 10 years and have only rang them twice for battery change.
not the best gps really but if you need NRMA why not

Well i guess it all depends on your car and how you maintain it
but a quick note- i had a vehicle with no probs for ages so probably not worth having in that case
but the next car has had various unrelated issues in a two year period so no problem with paying for road service there !
