          So this is the answer i got from Kogan in regards to my situation..

          "I am sorry for any confusion this situation has caused, as the product you have received does appear to have been advertised differently on our website at the time of your purchase.

          Given the discrepancy and the fact that a replacement of the same product would not resolve the issue, we can instead provide a refund of the product. Just to let you know, we are also able to provide you with a Kogan.com account credit. Would you prefer the funds to be provided as an account credit for our store or a refund to your original payment method?"

              • @pabloman: I got same message, and I asked then just to send me a replacement unit over instead of a refund. Awaiting their reply. If they dont then Im complaining to Amazon directly as the ones at fault are them and not me.

                        @pabloman: This is a classic "dont wanna deal with you" PR trick of tossing your claim around so that they delay you . Its BS about the incorrect price and they know it too since they send out webcams to everyone. They are dodgy as shit. If i don't get replacement i will just initiate Amazon A-Z gurantee and await Amazon's decision since Kogan is in the wrong here. Might even complain to ACCC for misleading and deceptive advertistment and selling.

                        • @storageguy: yes, i raised it up with Amazon as well since Kogan is too slow to respond and sort out this mess. I still haven't received the return instructions and they're saying its non negotiable for them, they will not provide refund until they receive the goods. I raised this with Kogan on Saturday, so its been almost a week without any resolution. Terrible customer service.

                            What a good KOGAN talking about taking full responsibility when I havent even seen a shred of sincerity or action yet about providing a replacement or refund. They are just delaying and making the refund process as long and unfair as possible and call that FULL responsibility. What utter BS and worst customer service when all they do is lip service and no action.

What complete and utter BS and lies. THis has got to be one of the most blantant facesmack KOGAN is giving us as they are just taunting us and then rubbing it in when they fcking have stock and are not even sending it out. That does it, once 2 days are over on the amazon wait period I will show Amazon that post and provide all the evidence that they are lying through their teeth.

      • Damn, I have the same problem as you. They sent me a logitech webcam instead of the mice i ordered. Tried contacting them but I have not been given a reply yet. really unhappy now. Who did you contact to get the mouse back?

  • Funny thing, I initially asked for a cancellation request, they said, "sorry no, after order is made, it is all automated and yada yada." Today, raised the questions whereabouts my mouse then they said, "congrats, you order is successfully cancelled!" like seriously?

      To be honest, Kogan should be banned from OzB. Bought a few stuff from Kogan, not only from their Amazon shop but directly from their website, they always end up cancelling the order with lame excuse (i.e. out of stock, incorrect pricing and so forth) Waste of time.

      • What a joke right. Got fed the same story and amazingly it seems they were able to cancel it today. So much for their automated delivery system.

      • Yes, I ordered the Logitech Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse G903 same model as pabloman but they gave me a logitech webcam C270 HD instead which I do not want. I have asked for a replacement but no response yet.

  • Well, sounds like this will be fun. It makes no sense considering their webcam price isn't even similar but I doubt they'll be shipping out the mice as replacement. You're covered by Amazon A->Z guarantee anyway (once the date passes the estimated ship date mark or just complain directly to Amazon) if Kogan doesn't refund you for some reason.

      Kogan must be blind to mix up the mouse with a damn webcam. They are not even responding, if they deny the transaction took place then that is outright deceptive and misleading advertisement/selling as they totally sent me the completely the wrong product. They take my money away and give me a shit webcam that I dont even want and then they have the balls to not send a replacement mice unit. In what reasoning does Kogan make sense as this is clearly their fault as probably hundreds of people probably got webcams instead of mice looking at the situation. Its like they advertise selling you an apple but they give you a banana instead. Kogan cant just ignore this and say hey bad luck buddy we made a mistake suck it up.

    I ordered this when it was In stock, Had not shipped by yesterday so I sent an email to them, Today I received news that they could not send me the mouse and now it is in stock again for $190.

      No one did. Apparently everyone got the cheap logitech webcams. Bogan has scammed us all those shtbag liars and even now they are not putting their full effort into refunding us or even getting us a replacement. I had enough, I raised a complaint to Amazon and im just waiting for them to deal with BOGAN and the bag of lies and excuses.

    Amazon emailed me overnight to say that Kogan hasn't touched my order, and no money has been taken from my card. Probably safe to just cancel and move on I guess?

  • I got an update from Amazon saying shipping had not been confirmed and therefore I haven't been charged. Based off the everything you guys are reporting above I went ahead and requested my order be cancelled. Never buying from Kogan again.

    • Update: Kogan have changed the order status to shipped after I requested a cancellation. I've escalated it with Amazon directly. Will be pissed if a webcam arrives.

      • Amazon said they will file a claim against Kogan if they are not responding correctly to complaints about incorrect products being shipped.

          Start your refund process asap man. Don't bother with KOGAN and just get refund from Amazon. NO hassale at all. KOGAN service policy is to lie and BS all their customers and not provide any or shtty response to customers who have been shipped webcams. I have already raised the issue with Amazon about what KOGAN has done about shipping incorrect items and also said to them that KOGAN was scamming us.

  • just come to check this thread because i hadn't received my mouse. I didn't read it was from Kogan and had i have seen that i wouldn't have gone ahead and bought it. guess i have reaffirmed why i don't buy from kogan since the item still hasn't shipped.
