Please provide more Sandy Bridge Asus deals! Preferably not x-series or k-series - some of them look good, but, the u-series and the bang&olufsen ones appeal the most to me. / Just si you know: I'm getting a Mac unless a really good Asus deal comes along in the next few days. Perhaps a bundle with the ProArt monitor? Zenbook anytime soon?Don't think many people will look at an expired post.

I suspect this actually means: "2.3GHz processor speed with TurboBoost up to 2.9GHz"
I'd propose that OzB implement a standard in this format so that more naive players can more reliably compare this element of a computer's specs.
No reflection whatsoever inferred on the OP's posting as this is a direct copy & paste from the retailer's site.
