Assuming it's real leather, and not just someone naming their pleather product "Supreme Cowhide", probably.
I'm guessing the padding is similar to what you'll find in most other entry-level gloves, so that bit is 6-of-one-half-a-dozen-of-another, but leather tends to last quite a bit longer than the usual pleather ones, I think I get a good comfortable 12 months out of my leather cheapies before they start to come apart, where the pleather ones start to dissolve after about 6, but tbf I'm a big fellah, there's a fair bit of weight behind my punches and the padding probably goes before the leather anyways.
If you're doing some sort of fitness-centre-cardio-boxing type thing with no sparring and limited pad-work, the leather ones will probably be an advantage because the padding is almost irrelevant and the sweat won't eat away at it as fast.
Usually, leather gloves of any kind start in the $80-$100 and those will probably be of similar quality.As always, YMMV, IANP, WK, OMGWTFBBQ and what-not :)
