I think the price is good because buying the right screen also at the right price is per se very hard then add labor and you'll give up!

There are plenty of pull apart guides and videos on the net which can guide you through the procedure for Toshiba, HP, Lenovo, Dell etc.
To do this on a Toshiba 15" a few years back took me about 1 1/2 hours, and from memory the screen itself cost about $120, so if you think of the parts and the labour, this is probably a pretty good deal. It does depend on the quality of the parts.
