I created an account to test too. I think you can only submit numerical ratings, with no text description. I can't see any text reviews. The UX is really rubbish too. You just click on the stars with no confirmation, nor any way to revert your vote. Presumably many of the votes are just people randomly clicking in the expectation that it's a link to text reviews.
Wow! I'm used to seeing some bad reviews but when every rug is terrible you know something is wrong. Spotlight quality is pretty poor at the best of times but buyers know that so I can only assume these rugs come pretty stained and plucked.

Unfortunately every 50$ rug that was 160x230 was solid out for me :(
I went to Spotlight lidcombe last two weekends. The wool Rug which they have is not good. They did have the shaggy rugs on heavy discount- the $300 was being sold for $100- 2 weekends back. However, last weekend, they were back on 300. I ended up getting the Jacquard Floor Rug, which was good quality and instead of $275, iI paid $137.5. They have a good spread of rugs. The staff in the store mentioned they are clearing all their stocks due to COVID 19 issues.
Common for rugs to be 50% off at Spotlight. Have a sale every now and again.
All the wool rugs appear to have crap reviews, and you need to login to see them. Anyone know much about the quality of these?
