This worked for me. I got a $19 Margarita pizza and gave a $3 tip. $1 of it was paid with the initial voucher. If you have any money spare below the $20, at least donate it to the restaurant, especially for those who have been doing it tough (I'm sure many are doing better with delivery etc, but plenty wouldn't be).

Not sure who takes the hit on such promotions - UE, the restaurant, or a percentage between UE/restaurant… it may be UE just taking the hit hence restaurant doesn't even know about the end buyer's discount. I don't know, but just can't assume the restaurant is not getting their money in full.

      • I agree but a pizza for $2 is a good deal for me, and if the pizza joint get their money and a tip, so be it. I think UE are taking the main hit but they can’t be giving the restaurants their full price, surely.

Either way, at least give them the balance of your $20 I say if you don’t want to be out of pocket.

    Not eligible.. Typical

  • Argh, said ended 4pm for me. But it works still.

    • no it's not. i just add in the code and order one literally 5 min ago.

      • Yeha it's confusing, it said ended 4pm but still works.
I scheduled it for lunch tomorrow and it still works too?

Has anyone done the burger deal and then been eligible for this deal?

    • Yes. 3pm burger deal. 7pm freebie.

Amazing how little food you get for your $ these days. I used this on a lunch pack with schnitzel, chips, salad and baked pumpkin and still out of pocket 90 cents. Reasonably filling meal but exorbitant pricing, would expect to have some leftovers at that sort of price.

    • Yeah I found the same when getting accustomed to eating at home.

As for the app I found the best thing is to go to the category area in the app and click top eats. You can the rated by other customers for good portion size. This usually leads to the ones that haven't had price increases for the app too. Best bang for the bucks.

Have been getting a mixture of spuds/3-4 bread Vietnamese bread rolls/some Charcoal chicken chips meals and some other miscellaneous dishes

    • Are you serious?
