Good deal but I’m really not liking how we need ‘Apps’ to take advantage of any kind of offers these days. Sad.

    • +4

Pro tip: don't use their app it sucks. Use their mobile site instead.

      • +9

It sure does. But specifically I was referring to the fact that you can’t just walk up to the counter and order an advertised special and it needs be done through a phone.

        • +3

Yeah I do get that, although "online specials" have been a thing for many years across different industries so not surprised it's continuing the trend.

Same price as deal in 2019 so can't complain

Oh guess who's stopping into the servo/Oporto on the way in tomorrow morning. Cheers OP!

    • Haha, everyday for the remaining 56 days?

      • Lol why not?

        • Lol cholesterol!

    • eggs bacon hashie and call it breakfast
anything is break fast these days

    • they've always done it, not as popular as mcdonalds brekky though

    • I use to get Oporto breakfast in St Leonards in 2004, so it's been around. It was $2 for a bacon and egg or chicken and egg roll back then. Got it almost daily

Essentially CBA has been making billions in profit every quarter, unlike others like Woollies, David Jones, Uber One, Menulog, Shopback/Westpac/BoM/BSA/StG who’s somewhat doing a better job which helps with cost of living.

        • +3

Woolies? Uber? Menulog? Helping with the cost of living? You aren’t serious are you

@Mike Nolan: Yes I can see you’re new to this community. A seasoned Ozbargainer would know what I am referring to. A good start is to do a search of these companies and see what deals and frequency of deals they have been offering compared to CBA.

              • -1

@Mike Nolan: Have you done a search of all the deals these companies had offered in the last 6 months or so here on Ozbargain? If you have, you would know what I am talking about.

    Great deal/value!

    • Username checks out hehe

They don’t even open till 9am in Sydney so it ls pointless for me

    • It's until 11am, gives you 2 hours to get dressed. Or don't?

  • Is it any good?

  • Why no sa? I’m offended.

    • Believe SA Oporto is owned and operated differently - by OTR I think? Will have their own separate promotions.

  • Great deal. Though what seems crazy to me is that there is no option to swap the bbq sauce for chilli sauce. Seems weird when this is their signature flavour and point of difference.

    • +1

You can add chilli sauce for 50c if you select customise

      • Thanks

Local Oporto opens up at 10. This is effectively a 1 hour deal.

  • Website is coming up as $8.95 for me?

    • Realised there's a different menu option down the list, may have missed that before.

Local stores only open at 9:30 am so that's not the most convenient for breakfast.
