actually, last month you had everything 15% off, not just selected items…
http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/52565
so this post is definitely not a bargain…
If I could double -ve for the sockpuppeting in the previous post too, I would…
"I always like their flowers, so fresh and so beautiful. Nice and friendly florists."
sockpuppeting verified by you jv? dont answer, its a rhetorical question
Read, the Reps comments in the previous thread for the same store…
google rhetorical question
So you don't think they were sockpuppeting?
its certainly plausible, but its by no means certain. Did you report your suspicion?
Why would a Rep write "I always like their flowers" and then vote on their own deal?
who's lucy? who's charlie?
Peanuts… Wonder if they have permission to use the trademark?
You are correct: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_van_Pelt#Lucy_and_Charlie_…
I don't think the names, or the combination of the names are/can-be trademarked (unless the context is made clear). I'm not saying its not shifty…because it still is.
A neg from me because the rep says %15 off selected items, but does not mention what EXACT items. This can be misleading, especially when the link is not to the 15% off items or a sale page, but to the home page of a site.
ah, thanks for clearing that up.
The 15% OFF Store Wide was last month promotion and it has been expired. This month promotion is 15% OFF on selected products i.e. Tulip Bouquet, Dozen Red Roses and Cymbidium Orchid as mentioned in the Title and can be found on Homepage.
Sorry Guys, didn't mean to confuse you guys. About the trademark, Lucy Loves Charlie Flowers has been operating under the same business name since year 1994 and no breaching in Trademark at all.
you site says it was 15% off last month too, so why is this a bargain? seem quite expensive to me…
