I was going to buy this yesterday but ended up going with a Samsung 860 QVO 1TB for $159 shipped.
Also comes with a free copy of Rainbow 6 Siege.Still not sure if I made the right choice, as the Samsung is slightly slower, mostly in sustained write speeds, but I don't think it will make much of a difference.
Well, QLC and TLC difference, but Samsung did tune it very well.
Does anyone know if this fits MacBook Pro 13.3 mid 2012?
A 2.5" drive will fit a 13" MBP Mid 2012, I did on my 15" mid 2012 MBP. If you don't have an SSD at the moment you will think that you bought a new computer.
Yes. I did this. If you don't need the CD drive I suggest replacing it with a bracket like this: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HDD-Hard-Drive-Caddy-2-5-Solid-S…
put the spinner in that and the SSD where the spinner came from.
I think it may be sold out or over? Doesn't seem to be at that price from my lewk.
-Got two and they dispatched today.-
edit: Wrong post. I got two of the nvme ones.. sorry mods please delete.
I think I will wait for Samsung EVO back to this price.
