  I think health funds will pull out of claiming through these guys if they havnt done so. They guys were investigated for providing different Contact lens to patients current contact lens prescriptions. Lol

    Where did you hear that they provided different lenses? The brand of contact lense would have been chosen by the user when ordering. It's up to the customer whether they want to choose the same brand as what the optometrist suggested.

    Ordered contact lenses from them recently, got what I ordered and MBP paid the claim without issue.

        I did. I am just sharing my recent experience using them (I've only purchased from them once), including the fact that they gave me the right lenses I asked for, and I managed to claim from my private health fund for that transaction. I am also trying clarify your comment about ClearlyContacts providing different contact lens from the prescription.

  They don't seem to do sunglass tinting except for transition lenses anymore which is a bummer.
