320

This deal is back again. Of course it's not as good as those 15%/20% off gift cards but this is the best deal at the moment.

Instructions on Apple devices:

Go to App Store on your home screen, click on the head icon top right, then choose Add Funds to Apple ID

Valid through 5/06/20 and available when adding $1.00 to $200.00 to your account.

Bonus limit is 1

$10.00 = $11.00
$25.00 = $27.50
$50.00 = $55.00
$100.00 = $110.00
$200.00 = $220.00

  • Can you use these credits to buy from the Apple store for a MacBook?

    • I'm not sure about that.

but you can try and get a discount by buying from the Apple Education site.

I purchased an Apple pencil for a discounted price last week from there.

      • Was hoping to go education pricing with this discount on top

No. No physical goods are sold in the iTunes store.

    • Do you have, or know someone with a Costco membership (if you have one nearby)? Their prices are usually close to 9-10% off for Apple stuff. For example: Base model 16" pro $3799 at Apple.com.au, $3449 at Costco. Worth a look.

For the computers there’s constantly 10% sales at JB anyway so those aren’t too hard to get savings for.

I believe Apple store will price match up to 10% for Mac if you can show them proof of another stores pricing. Don’t think they’ll go past 10% however.

        • Can confirm that Apple store will price match advertised prices up to a maximum of 10% off. Can also do it through phone sales if you originally intended to buy online.

So you can't use a gift card and get this bonus too?

  • “Adding funds” = from a bank account or credit card only, not redeeming an iTunes giftcard?

I have an iTunes giftcard lying around somewhere, so I guess I would redeem it if it gets me 10% bonus, but I assume it doesn’t work like that! (Sorry non-iphone user here, but have an iPad).

  • I don't understand. Why you just get 15% off itune giftcard from supermarkets?
Or can you stack on it with giftcard?

    • +2

Because iTunes gift cards are currently not on sale for 15% off…

  • Might stack with 5% cashback with Cash Rewards

  • How do I tell if it will work for me. I see no promotion on my app store when I click it.

    • It’s targeted. If you don’t see the promo, you weren’t targeted and won’t get the bonus. I don’t have it in my account as I regularly purchase and have a credit balance from gift cards. It shows up on my daughter’s account where she rarely buys and has a zero balance. Our accounts are linked through family sharing, and that doesn’t seem to make a difference to targeting.

  • Thanks for this.
