    These used to work better, but now it takes 2 ,3, even 4 tries to open with iphone.
    Something to do with changes in IOS bluetooth, I believe. At least it still partly works, unlike the IOS version of Covidsafe.

      It talks to the CovidSafe app, if you've been hanging around with the infected, it won't let you in.

      I have had a 1st gen Kevo for many years now. Over time it has become less and less reliable with opening, without having to launch the app.

      I find it will work OK for a day or two after launching the app manually, then won't respond until I launch again.

      This is no fault of Kevo's, but the changes Apple and Android have been making with regards to power saving and access to Bluetooth in background.

      Their Bluetooth singles don't suffer from this issue. Grab one of these and throw it on your keys

      You will have these intermittent type issues with any Bluetooth lock.

      For $60,its great insurance against not having your keys on you… Kevo has saved me about 3 times per year. I'll be grabbing another to fit out the garage

    No luck at Bunnings maribyrnong and west footscray(Vic) but got nickel contemporary one from west footscray for $100. They have kwikset kevo gen 2 for $100 aswel.

    Can someone post me a link to a photo with the $60 price tag… I missed picking one up from my local by a cour hours. I've found another store with stock but a clearance price of $199 and refuses to believe that anyone would sell it for any less

        I do… Yet as of Tuesday, was still available at my local… Went today to lick it up and they had sold.
        There's another local store with stock, and a $199 clearance price, so I'd like to bend their arm if possible

    Just updating that I've picked up 3x @ $60ea from 2 different stores who had the $199 special by showing the OP photo or receipt
