Medium ($10/Month) - Talk & Text to Anyone $450, Talk to Live Connected $450, 1.5 GB Data

Medium + ($15/Month) - Talk & Text to Anyone $650, Talk to Live Connected $900, 1.5 GB Data, 6000Texts/Month

      You can always grab a $2 Sim, activate it then port over.

      • Does this mean that you can't keep your existing number? Or can you port your number to the $2 SIM and then port again to LC?

  • The medium looks good for phones. Lots of data and it is charged in small bits unlike optus and amaysim

    So, will the Lite plan cost $7.99 after the end of this year? That is the understanding I get from their web page.

    • The page for the Lite plan must have been updated today it no longer lists an expiry for the discount price of $4.99.

  • Offer Expires on 25/09/11, why can't they extend this deal until end of 2011? I have two number just about to finish the contract at end of this year.

  • I was on a $5 plan. They migrated to a new wholesaler or became a direct dealer or something and I was migrated to a $7.95 plan, no option for a $5 plan. Then magically about a week after they migrated everyone a new $5 plan appeared. Of course the cost to downgrade was $16, or something ridiculous. So don't bank on them grandfathering any cheap plans.

  • I just moved 2 Optus Numbers over to them ($100 a Month savings) and asked why Optus was excluded from Diablo, they said Optus is giving them a special rate for each non Optus they have sign up. Annoying but I guess it makes sense.

    My numbers haven’t finished porting yet but I am very impressed with the service so far. Of course I expect them to support new signups as a priority but I have a few friends that are with them and never had any trouble… Fingers crossed.

    • could have ported to a non optus prepaid first?

  • My chief concern is their contact options, or lack thereof. 2+ day turnaround on email support (4+ for non-members) and no phone contact point whatsoever. If the unthinkable happens and you need things fixed immediately, you could end up in strife.

    • They say 4+ day turnaround, but I got a response the next day. Lots of members on whirlpool get responses in a few hours.

      The excess charges are pretty normal.

    • i get replies within a few hours every time i have started an inquiry.

      Anyway one of my mates who texts alot was on some old virgin plan. Basically paying 134$ a month haha idiot I know. Anyway got him on the 20$ cap (6000 messages + 650 phoen calls) and perfect :D 114$ savings a month! wh000ttt. Plus I can call him for free now :P haha

    The $450/gig excess data is pretty outrageous, too

  • I signed up 5:30pm last night and the SIM has arrived already. Didnt think that was possible for an interstate order

  • Well guys plans looks quite good but this company is run by kids.

    They will make you pay excess every month through hidden charges.

    Not sure if you have read "T&C" carefully, contract can be cancelled anytime without providing any reason by giving 30 days cancellation notice.

    Initially they will be sweet by making new sales, once comes to biling inquiry or error, Wont even respond.

    If you wanna double check, there is still a post on ozbargain with lot of complaints and negative feedback.

    Well end of the day, believe everyone wants reliable customer. service who can listen and talk, not a dodgy company like live connected
