    Aldi have a 5 metre LED strip light for $39.99 and it comes with a power supply + 1 year Aus warranty. Will buy from there instead.

    No, they'd need a 12-24v adapter, minimum 2Amps. This would make these lights pretty bright to be honest though.

      12V, not "12-24". These just use resistors in series to limit current.
