I didn’t get this offer in my email. Targeted.

  • +13

My promotion was for 3x points :(

    • Ditto

    • Same

      • +1

May be you spend too much during pandemic? I didn't scan on those card during my last month shopping

        • Probably. Oh well

        • Nah I got the 3x points one on a account I haven't used in months.

    • Im glad to know that I wasnt alone …

      • I think only a small portion of members received this offer. Only 1 in 10+ for me.

    • Received this promo too…

    • Same here

    • Me too :(

I've noticed with these promos that I've gotten bonus points based on the full price of items rather than the discounted price, so that's a slight plus - but still a bi tweak bit weak.

  • Just to be clear to all who may read this too quickly, its says "upto"

    When you "shop each week".

Its not 6000 points each week.

Thats 2000 in week 1 and 4000 in week 2

    as in

Week 1 if you spend $30 or more you get $10 back (2000pts)
Week 2 if you spend $50 or more you get $20 back (4000pts)

If you spend $50 in week 1 you will only get $10 not $20
If you spend $30 in week 2 you get nothing, you need to spend $50 to qualify

Unlike Coles promo's Woolies does give you the 2nd week bonus even if you fail to qualify for the first week.

    • Up to because there are different terms and reward during different time

  • "it turns out week 1 is 25% discount and week 2 is 28.5% discount"

    Isn't it 33% week 1, and 40% week 2?

    • +2

Week 1 $30/$40 as you will need to use $40 in Woolworths group not just giving you $10 cash back, same for week 2 $50/$70.

      • Doesn't make sense to me.
If you are going to call it a % off, then you have to take that discount from the amount spent.
The $10 bonus earnt can be used as cash on a future purchase of any amount, even $10, and can be spent anywhere within their chain, ie bws or big W.

        • +3

You get $40 value for spend $30 so your saving is $10. If you got given $10 as cash back you only need to spend $20 to get $30 value. In 5his situation you only can use the $10 within the Woolworths group, the value of Woolworths gift card is less than the cash value. Hope it make sense to you.

      • You can redeem your existing Rewards towards the $30/$50 spend target and still be qualified for the bonus points.

For most people, the best way is to save the $10 earned from week 1 and redeem it towards $50 spend (pay $40+ in cash/card) in week 2 (to max out the percentage of discount).

  • +1

    nothing on my account :(

  • Got a 5x points on everything offer. Going to smash that. But not as much as the OP offer. Sigh.
I suspect people who get that offer didn't get it previously. Can anyone confirm?

    • +1

2 of my account has spend $30 $40 $50 for 1000 2000 3000 points 1 month before the pandemic, after that I never used it again.

      • Genius!!

    • +1

Got 5x offer as well - that's worth 2.5% so definitely not as good but still better than the "usual" 0.5%

      • I've been getting 10% cashback on my MCO card all April so any other rewards is a double win for me.

    • Same, got a 5x points offer…

  • Got this on two cards, great offer, thanks OP for pointing it out :)

  • +1

Is the only way to tell if you received an email informing you? Any other way to check?

    • +1

If you use Gmail and have multiple emails you can go to see all inbox and search woolworths

      • Cheers

    • Woolworth APP with a linked a Rewards card.

      • How many card can be linked at the same time?

        • The new Woolworths App links to only 1 Rewards Account.

Although my card with this offer is on that App, it does not show this offer (yet) - just Your offers will appear here
Changing to another Rewards Account requires Removal of card, then logging into Rewards Account, & verification via email!

The Woolworths Money App can link to up to 10(?) Rewards Accounts & Wish egift Cards.
But doesn't show offers, just fuel discounted available after qualifying purchases.

      • Doesn't show in Woolworths App for me linked to Rewards Account with this activated offer. May take time to show?

  • +2

Have not been offered anything at all.

  • +2

That's a good one! Hopefully I get it later on today!

    • +1

I think they are still in the process of sending out emails

      • +1

Yeah, sometimes I see them posted here and get the email several hours later.

  • +3

Good to see the return of the bonus points offers👍 It's been a long time waiting🎉

And it's a good offer. 4000pts on $50 are rare & hasn't happened since last year & a week later

Received in half my family's Rewards accounts. Others will probably receive offer later.

Best offer this month was 10% off for those with Woolies Insurance & Mobile on 10-17/4. But shelves were sparse so stocking up on non-perishable items was difficult.

  • -1

do you have the clickable link, ie copy the 'activate now' link? sometimes that will work for people that didnt get the email (done it before)

      • Hmm maybe they changed it :-/

      • +4

Hi Allan - that links to your Rewards Account which may give access to your account & points!!!
        Best to remove!

Discussed before - useless for others to use your link.

    • Shown not to work before

Asking people for a link to their personal account is not OK!

  • +2

For those who haven't received an offer yet, keep checking. My offer just arrived in my inbox now.

  • Only got 3x points on one of my 2 accounts :(

    • Have you been using your rewards card recently. I find I get the good rewards when I rarely use it - only for bonus offers.

But there seems little evidence to predict the outcome. Used 1 rarely used Rewards card just over a week ago for 10% off $185 spend - received this offer.

      • Yeah I smashed like 9500 since Feb on one card and 6500 on the other since March lol

        • +1

That's why I rotate a few more than 2 cards - to rest some & pick the best offers.

          • @INFIDEL: Yeah I've got 5 flybuys. Really should make more woolies rewards but I don't do groceries that much tbh.

  • +1

Don't forget to buy 5% discount Wish egift Cards (from CR or SB) to use with this Deal!

  • +2

    I received 5x points

  • -3

    Targeted.

    • -2

Well no shit Sherlock; that's what the Targeted at the top of the title is for …

  • +1

ME: To welcome you back we’d like to make it up to you with $20 off ~ your next online shop. Plus, we'd like you to enjoy unlimited deliveries for 30 days with a FREE Delivery Unlimited trial#.

    • so no min spend for $20?

      • +2

        There is, hence the ~; it's $150

  • Got the 5X, but looking in my pantry, I'll not be shopping for 6 months anyway.
Mmmm … Spam and beans again?

    • You did panic buy?

      • +1

Panic? No, I calmly stocked up in February, when we were seeing the Wuhan virus in Italy, sanitiser and face masks were starting to become scarce, and toilet-paper aisles were full.

It was the people slow to notice who panicked a couple of weeks later. The TP thing is ridiculous.
And even then, our idiot politicians were wanting to go ahead with football, concerts and the Formula One. It is a miracle we did not end up like the UK.

The "spam" was a joke … except, OK, it was half price, so got some for Easter camping. Which was cancelled :-(

  • Mine finally came through this morning but it's unlike any I have had before.. 1000 points just have to make a purchase over 0.05c.

    • Yeah I got that on one account. Had just over 1000 points in there so it was like a free $10.

    • +1

2000 bonus pt for 5c min spend deal - others reported receiving 1000 bonus pt
2000 bonus points will automatically be added to your balance when you spend $0.05 or more
