    Bought one the other week and am very happy.

    I bought the carpet head also, although we only have 2 carpeted floors. You could definitely live without if you wanted to, but would fear overtime the carpet will diminish the ability of the soft roller, faster than the hard floors would.

    On Max I have noticed it is extremely noisy but battery hasn't run out after good 10mins.

    My only gripe is coming from a Dyson, the charging point was built into the wall amount, just click and go. This one you manually have to put in the charging cable, which is annoying if you forget :)

    Any deal on the carpet head on its own? I just ordered without and kinda thinking I should have ordered with the head.

    I'm planning to have laminate floors but with rugs in the bedrooms, do you think I need the carpet head? Downstairs is tiles and I'll probably add a rug somewhere there too.

    It has been over a week since the item was marked as sent by Gearbite / SHOPRO.com.au.

    Is this item coming from China?
    The location on eBay states Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. So, delivery to another Melbourne metropolitan suburb should take 2 business days at most.

    I don't see an "Item processed at facility" event within the tracking history for AUSPOST.
    When I contacted Gearbite, they put the blame squarely on AUSPOST. However, none of it adds up.
