Decent article. https://www.whathifi.com/au/advice/amazon-music-unlimited-vs…
I don’t know Spotify, but Amazon Unlimited has lots but not ALL the artists albums
Would be great if Spotify also had a 3 month free subscription offer to compete with this.
I am guessing this doesn't include their cd/hd content?
One benefit: signing up - which you can the cancel - gives you a 30% discount on an Echo device, if you wanted one. That brings, for example, the 3rd gen Echo down to $105, which is getting close to the all-time low which I believe was $99 during black friday sales. And the only way it seems you'll get a discount on the Echo Studio.
Where does it say 3 months free? Is it because I am already Prime member?
Still same, whenever login, it reverts back to a month
Hello, IT.
Have you tried signing out and back up again?
why don't they offer to former customers???
So I get it for free as part of my Prime membership. Why would anyone pay $11.99 per month (after free period) when Prime costs half of that and includes Prime Music, Prime Video, etc? See here https://www.techradar.com/au/news/amazon-prime-australia
Ok. Good answer. Thanks @Alvian.
I have to say, I’ve got pretty non-mainstream tastes and I’ve been able to find all of the music I’ve been searching for so far so the Prime Music option is darn good for what it is. I’ve just switched to a year of Amazon Prime too, which works out even cheaper
Can you cancel straight away and keep the 3 months?
I you are already on Amazon Prime, looks like you get free access ie. no $11.99/mth fee involved. Am I missing something?
EDIT: dont worry, just saw the link above and noticed the difference between Prime Music and Unlimited
How does Amazon music compare to Spotify?
