Harris Tech had external Western Digital 1Tb for $249 minus 10% PayPal cashback in June (sorry, can't get it now). Worked out cheaper, and looked smaller and sexier.

Bugger. I bought the WD 1TB ext' HDD thru OW (same company) for $249 in June also - with no cashback! :(
