  • Shows $5 postage for me… and I doubt I'd buy from that seller, next to no feedback and such…

Save yourself some time and instead of ordering this POS, just grab three $20 bills out of your wallet and set on fire.

NEVER buy a low quality tripod. The cheap plastic head will break in one form or another and your camera will end up on the ground.

Take the above advice and dispose of 3 $20 bills now. It will be cheaper than losing your few hundred/thousand dollar camera.

Put it towards a manfrotto instead. Buy once, buy quality.

You can get pretty good tripods, around this price point, I like these for work:

Major concern is title suggests ball head, but the photos clearly show a pan/tilt.
    Which is which OP?

We evidently have vastly different definitions of what constitutes "pretty good".

For an amateur/beginner. An entry level tripod for an entry level DSLR. Indoor use: animation , vlogging etc.
If you’re into astrophotography or extended landscapes or if money isn’t an issue then it’s Manfrottos all round please!

Tripod of such quality is a waste of money, would not recommend even for beginner.
