Although most Vodafone postpaid plans already offer unlimited talk and data, all customers will automatically receive 5GB bonus data at maximum speeds for use over the next month. These allowances will take effect by Friday March 27th.
Likewise prepaid customers will receive a once-off 3GB of bonus data with their next recharge, regardless of the recharge value.
All customers who currently have capped talk time, will have unlimited standard national calls added to their plan this week to aid in keeping the community connected.
On top of these allowances, Vodafone will also give unmetered access to a range of official health websites from devices connected to the network.
The following sites will have data-free access on the Vodafone network from Wednesday 18th March, 2020:
- Department of Health - Australia
- Department of Health - NSW
- Department of Health - QLD
- Department of Health - SA
- Department of Health and Human Services - VIC
- Healthy WA - WA
- Department of Health and Human Services - Tas
- Department of Health - NT
- Department of Health - ACT
