  • The good thing for me is that it's not hard to retain NO status with Skywards.

  • Includes existing bookings?

    • Made on or before 31 March 2020

  • Dear Ethiad - please miraculously find this post and do the same for your customers. Kthxbai

      • Aye

Unfortunately, Ethiad's approach does not help me because

        1. bookings were made prior to 8 March 2020; and
        2. neither Australia, nor the European countries I'm scheduled to fly in/out from, have declared closed borders…yet.
        • Ahhhh :(

Hopefully they get some 'feedback' which causes them to loosen the restrictions!

  • Thanks Bonky - from your post I'm not clear on what would occur for requesting a refund for cancelling flights. Does the location need to be in complete lockdown? Is this a full refund as opposed to the usual refund fee being charged?

  • Am I alone in thinking this isn't a deal?

Many airlines have offered pretty much the same thing and is more a policy change than a deal….
