  Hi Jannie, thanks for posting this and other Digiarty software products which are generally of high quality. Hopefully you don't mind a bit of user feedback for VideoProc? I've been using the VideoProc 3.5 version since November 2019 and it's pretty good for basic editing. However it has some bugs to do with manual bitrate control of the target video. It often ignores and forgets your entered manual target bitrate and just uses whatever (low) bitrate it wants to. And merging videos doesn't work with setting a target bitrate at all. It will just use whatever low bitrate it chooses. I've reported these bugs to [email protected]. Is difficult to upvote or recommend this as a serious video editing tool when there's a lack of control over target video bitrate in the current version. Hopefully these can be fixed in the next version.

  Hi Phreebee, thanks for your truly feedback and I apologize for the inconvienece. The problems you mentioned sometimes would occur without expectation. I've forwarded these issue directly to our software development department.
  Would you please provide more details of your scenarios of setting birate and merging procedure? You can also send it to [email protected]. It'll help us to quickly figure out what's going on and surely fix them in the future version:)

    Thanks for your reminding. I'm sorry to tell you this offer has expired on the campaign page. But you can try to copy the available license code from Mydealz if you are a Windows user. Please rembember to download VideoProc V3.5 ASAP from videoproc official website before it updates to V3.6, and activate the license code before April.4. Otherwise, you have to wait the next campaign.
