Haven't bought for a while because Woolies wasn't dropping price to the usual $2.45. Don't usually shop at Coles so missed that one too.
(I see Woolies has now bumped the usual price from $4.90 to $5.50)
Coles, Woolies and Aldi all bumped their UHT milk by 25% recently too, more than their fresh milk per litre now. (Back to bulk buying Harvey Fresh when it's on special for 99c)

Egg mayo (hard boiled mashed with mayo) + sliced or diced spam + shredded cheese. Use it as a filling for jaffle sandwich (the sandwich press that makes triangle sandwiches, keeps the filling from pouring out).
It's amazing imo.

6 slices fried with a fried egg, some cheese, sliced pickles (or cucumber, sliced jalapenos, some mayo and sriracha all wrapped up in a flat bread. Breakfast or brunch burrito.
