next step is to claim the "highest cashback Guaranty", click on https://www.quidco.com/highest-cashback-guarantee/
submit a claim referring to "https://www.topcashback.co.uk/my-heritage-uk/", they beat the difference and pay you double the difference, in this case: 2*(10.85-6.5)=£8.7

    Signed up to My Heritage by clicking through the Quidco link and the cashback still hasn't tracked after a few minutes. Should it be a pretty fast process?

      it tracked after 5 minutes for me. wait for a few hours and if not tracked, you can submit a claim.

    Got up to the point where you claim the highest Cashback guarantee.. It's only 7.07 at top cashback and that looks like it's not including the trial? Am I missing something or do I just put 7.07 as expected Cashback on the claim page, just for 1 pound?

          Update.. As people have posted, Cashback on top cashback is higher when not logged in. I just claimed the guarantee with 10.85.
          The claim shows up correctly, just shows 'on hold'. The only thing that worries me slightly is the Cashback itself showing an amount paid and not free trial.

      I signed up to Quidco, via OzB referral, on 28th Feb for the previous Profit Accumulator deal.
      My sign up bonus is still not showing yet.
      My Profit Accumulator purchase is showing as tracked but I've assumed the sign up bonus won't appear until my first deal is actually payable.
      14 Sept 2020 for Profit Accumulator
      17 June 2020 for My Heritage

      Does any long-term member believe that this is wrong and that I should put in a claim now for the sign up bonus?

        My signup bonus from this deal in December is still not showing.

        The cashback hasn't been approved either even though it's way past the 2-3 week time frame.

        I'm not convinced that these guys actually pay anything as I'm yet to see anyone here confirm that they've actually been able to withdraw their funds.

          These guys don't pay!

          Everything either gets declined, stuck on retailer decision and/or they won't honour their highest cashback guarantee.

          When submitting a claim they just ask for the URL and competitor rate, but then a month later you get an email saying you have to provide them proof of the rate on the competitor's site in the form of a dated screenshot.

          Now I know why these guys have such amazing offers. They've set it all up in a way so that they can weasel out of having to pay you anything and just keep it all to themselves.

    Not sure if I did it right but no tracking so far.
    Nothing I’ve ever done through Quidco has worked smoothly and I’m yet to be able to cash out.
    I started using TopCashback uk at the same time and have cashed out multiple times .

    Signed up on the 6th and it has been approved and passed the Returns & Cancellations option. Just waiting on Retailer decision now. The extra £4.35 is still on processing.

    Asking me to go back through time and take a dated screenshot of the competitors rate at the time of claim. This was not a requirement stated at the time of claiming so how and why would anyone do it? Absolute (profanity).
