i found out today that there is actually a group of people that can do this without embarrassing themselves, and that's school kids in huge groups all doing it at the same time, works well and the shop pays out 30+ smoothies

The people who do this probably have more confidence and self esteem than those who don't.
I didn't expect such a mixed reaction, I've sung some songs at work by myself or to some of my staff at times, and everyone has a good laugh, even the spectating customers. I'll even say one time it was foreigner - I wanna know what love is to a co worker infront of a customer. Sure you don't want people making a video, but live a little guys (btw I won't set a price on my dignity)

Well I don't know about everyone else, but at primary school they made us do allsorts of dances, including the chicken dance during Italian classes, so I just don't see the fuss
