  If it makes a difference to whether you buy or not, it's AAA batteries (as stated in the specs) that they take, not the AA stated in the description. Hubby already has a similar product and was liking that these supposedly take the standard AA's.

    Thanks for pointing that out. 3 AAA's have the same charge as a single AA, so I wouldn't expect a long runtime from these.

  shame about the battery.
  I was hoping the battery is rechargeable by connecting to power point.

  It powered by AA Batteries, not AAA Batteries.
