    • Thanks, added them in.

    • That's a good deal. That would be able to handle almost any job you had

    Isn’t 10.8V pretty weak?

Also the pack with the drill and another battery is $120 which seems better value.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe good for a cordless screw driver or small drill but I don't think the tools in these kits will have a lot of grunt with 10V.

    • Battery just looks small, doesn't it? It's roughly the same size battery as in a Dremel.

    • That was my first thought too. I'm used to 20V cordless batteries, I'd expect these to be a big step backwards.

    • Was thinking the same/
Seems like a good price but for me probably better to just buy/wait for a sale on an Ozito Jigsaw ($60) and Sander ($40) skin and use the 18v batter I got with this kit https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/500413

Not really related to the deal, but the blade is in that jigsaw backwards. Good battery or not, that's not cutting shit.

    • +3

Hah, good pickup! You can always go backwards and blindly guess where you're cutting.

      Great pickup

This youtube video shows that the saw can be used with the blade in either direction. That could be useful if you are cutting in tight spaces.

was hoping the 18v range was on sale…already got the batteries just need the extra tools, the 10.8v range wont be compatible with the 18v batteries

  • You can always return it with amazon easy return
