    4.7 foot screen? Wild.

    • You would be able to count the pixels on a 720p screen. LOL

    • ON the plus side, it's a better bar code scanner than the dual SIM similar Milspecced LG V20. [ The only phone that ever had a screen crack after a fall from a cargo knee pocket, admittedly face down while running and still operating today]. On the downside, it's a windows phone with almosts every other spec lower.

  • I feel that this would only be good if you were running an app specifically made for this device. It will be too slow otherwise.

Yes. We use some similar Zebra rugged handhelds for some team members out doing field service jobs where jobs are pushed to them, they use the scanner for scanning spares in the vans and onsite assets being fixed etc. So it becomes an all in one device (we use cellular versions) that is darn tough in the real World running very specific apps.

hah. This would've been useful when I did asset tagging, back then we all had to lug around a 13 inch Dell laptop and a USB barcode scanner to scan in hundreds of IT equipment.

    also:

Classification: Consumer / Business / Gaming / Rugged

I feel like one of these classifications doesn't belong…

I read it as "Panasonic FZ1" and got excited. I am disappoint.

    • I read it as the Panasonic FZ-10 3DO.

  • Maybe I can take this to Colesworths to check prices & stock availability or do markdowns when items are close to expiry/product packaging is damaged.

  • Might be interested in the Android version at that price…
