Unfortunately, few really know how to properly wash their hands. They think they do… We do it all the time.
A Social Hand Wash is a thorough procedure (full scrub down of hands, fingernails, wrists - with soap & water, dried off vigorously with a fresh paper towel).
It needs to be performed several times a day, everyday of the year. It's not just for health crises.
And don't touch common surfaces with hands if possible. Don't touch face with those hands.
It's basic hygiene, but very few do it.
I have some masks but I really don't see the point unless I have my eyes covered also. I don't think I will be wearing them.
