  I've never asked a painter, but as per http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=24945&start… a feature wall normally costs something extra (tho I would not pay $500), hence this is a bargain. + from me.

  $500 equals 2 1/2 10L tins of Dulux effects paint @ retail price. That would cover 2/3's of most 3-4 bedroom homes.

  If 1 feature wall is $500, I hate to think what the rest of the walls cost.
