I think it's because they offer a fixed price of $62.50 for any seats but the underlying ticket value changes depending on the seat you choose.
I saw the show a couple of weeks ago (at full price), really enjoyed it. If you like musicals, well worth the price.

Evil-Emo's response (above) is spot on. All tickets have been reduced to $62.50. Before the Lasttix discount, some tickets (Premium) were priced at $125 - and others (A Reserve) where less than this - hence the 'up to' description.

This its a fabulous deal - I bought tickets to see it again! Friday night great seats taking the family with me can't wait. This is a must see for anyone who loves theatre.
