The code works on the red room machines, and only valid on Tuesday next week. You just need to swipe credit card and return DVD by about 5pm next day.

I haven't rented from RedRoom yet, even with the Tuesday codes.This is largely due to RedRoom having an earlier return time than oovie.
My only 2 local RedRoom machines always have a problem. I walked 40mins to one of them recently after having reserved a movie - got there and the machine wasn't working. Had to go to the other one but there was nothing worth watching and… I couldn't rent a dvd on my card because I had already reserved a movie and used the code. Normally I rent 2 dvd's, one for me and one for my sis using her credit card. Same thing happened when I went to return a dvd once. There were about 10 of us waiting for the machine to finish initialising, it never did, one guy had already been sitting for 20mins waiting. We all had to go to the next closest one.

Have used the RedRoom free Tuesday Codes for three weeks now without problems, and very happy with the selection. IMO RedRoom have a far greater selection available than Oovie does on their once a month free dvd day.
I am using the machine at Heidelberg - and has never faced an issue….fyi
So um… how does this work? I assume the code is entered at the store? And is the 30th the expiry date or the day it activates? And what does it mean that it is a "Tuesday Code"? What exactly are the t&c's of this code? Cheers
