just purchased a couple of controllers from these guys a few weeks back. they are the elite black variant ie have black coloured analog sticks and D-pad (contrary to picture). Not the silver ones which have a rotatable D pad

I presume they would be highly similar though, doubt they would be pushing fake copies. Mine as far as I could tell they were genuine, in sealed MS packaging with duracell batteries, manuals etc.
