  Looks like it might be restricted to certain routes and periods? Got this error while creating a booking with the code from Melbourne:

  7% off SYD/BNE - HI

  Booking Period: 12DEC19-05MAR20
  Travel Period: 16JAN20-31MAR20, 01MAY20-17JUN20, 13JUL20 - 02SEP20

  E-certificate # VELOCITY19

  Despite my travel dates being within the requirements.

  I will wait until 12 Dec to book.

  This is despite it saying

  Now through 03/05/2020
