My question exactly.
I find that the home brand fizzy drinks have something wrong with them, as if they are overcarbonated or something, always gives me hiccups. The brand name sparkling waters and soft drinks might use more sophisticated carbonation machines because they don't give me hiccups.
Oddly enough, I know exactly what you mean. Coles sparking seems to be 'dry' compared to others. Try the Nu Water from Costco though, both sparkling and still are very good spring waters.
S.PELLEGRINO Sparkling Natural Mineral Water has a unique blend of minerals, fine bubbles and subtle nuances.
Loves me some nuances, I's does, and I don't like those coarse bubbles youse find in yer cheap store brand rubbish.
This is natural, meaning it has all the minerals and good stuff that comes with water in the region. Artificial ones typically can't be processed by human bodies; our bodies get very confused because it's not what they were built to deal with.
They don't even compare. This a natural sparkling mineral water on offer, and the Woolworths Soda is (over)carbonated tap water.
Though, the energy used to bottle and ship the water from Italy, plus the plastic, eeee, not good. But what's the taste difference? I don't actually mind the amount of bubbles in Woolworths brand Soda Water, it feels nice.
More expensive $1.69 per litre ( after CB) but an option if you would prefer 500ml plus not having to pick up - Black Friday deal at Amazon 24x 500ml delivered $21.71 for Prime members.

These are also plastic bottles.
Oh! The Amazon one is better in that case then.
Thanks, going to order this instead.
Woolworths and coles branded water are way better, most likely because they turn the stock over so fast and keep replenishing.
My experience with this is that it's almost half flat when you open the bottle and then goes south once it's in the fridge for a few days.Better consumed at room temperature IMO
Have to disagree, San Pelly is god tier. As others have said I find the home brand ones too gassy and just not as nice.

What are these for? I thought only purpose is mistaking for normal bottled water?
Bathing.
Pellegrino Is considered rich people water, only the glass bottles are the best version of it, as the plastic seem to loose the gas.
Personally I prefer this over the others , but upto you.I literally just had one at an Italian restaurant and they charged $8.50 for it.. My my finest Oz bargainer moment
um its a $1.52 at my woolworths…
For the 1L or the 750ml?
1L, ill double check tonight
I'm a big fan of Woolworths brand Soda Water, how does this compare?
