Missing parts? Are you sure its genuine??
I haven’t had any missing parts on any sets (and I’ve built probably 100 in the last few years) since the late 90s.
I've had them quite a bit. It's not as uncommon as you'd think
The official Lego web site even offers free parts for the missing part problem.
It does happen. One phone call to Lego customer support and they'll send you replacements; it's not that big of a deal.
Personally, I've never experienced it myself across 50 or 60 sets by now, but there are enough anecdotes on the Whirlpool Lego thread about it happening.

Recently purchased the bugatti chiron (42083) from iWOOT. Had no issues with them and box came enclosed in another cardboard box, in perfect condition.
Only issue was missing parts, mostly rods and tubes. But nothing to do with iWOOT themselves.
