Fairly new set selling for $299 on Lego.com… seems to be cheaper than anywhere at Kmart at $234.
It is a mini set but for mine Diagon Alley is all about the wizarding shops so go and get yourself a phoenix tail feather wand.

I saw this in Hobbyco window this evening, balked at the $299 price tag, and thought to myself, "I wonder if Kmart will get this in?"
For those with the 10% off at Big W, you can get it for $255 less $25.50 = $229.50.
Use Big W gift card at circa 5% off and it will be circa $218.
