Agree! I still own both the Withings and this one. Unfortunately, the Withings one, although still working(and has got the air quality sensor that the Nokia doesn’t have) it’s got a bug that changes the units by itself :(

Both will give the the same numbers, but the Nokia will sync your metrics automatically to the cloud via WiFi without the need to have the phone on. Essentially an independent smart device.
Handy if you regualry monitor your weight.
Great scales but mine keep reading too high so must need calibration or something.

I have the base version of this and have issues with syncing my weight to Google Fit. First of all, to get the scale to sync I have to open the Withings app, it doesn't seem to do it in the background. Secondly, not all of my readings get exported to Google Fit, I end up with a lot of missing data.
Have been trying to get Withings to sort this out since I got it!
It's good but not perfect - not sure if there are any alteratives that would work better or not.
I have this but the body comp numbers fluctuate wildly from day to day so I don’t trust it at all.
Great scale, had mine for about 5 years, although in the last year I'm refusing to get on it.
Used to be over $250 when first released under the withings brand.
