      Pretty sure doesn't break any laws. It's as "illegal" as people using comgateway/hopshopgo/etc to bypass the manufacturer's condition that products are not sold to overseas buyers.

      It goes against Amazon's terms and conditions, but frankly I don't think they care. It makes their numbers higher which makes it more attractive to developers. If they really wanted to restrict it to the US only, they could very, very easily IP-restrict it like Hulu.

  I used to get the daily free apps but it was a pain once Amazon flags your account as then all of your Amazon apps stops working so you had to delete them all.

  When it comes down to it if I really like the app (Eg. Tripview, SeekDroid, foobar controller pro) I actually want to pay the dollar or two to support the devs. Else just get the free ad supported versions or if you're really cheap just find the apk.
