It’s finally here - the POKÉD Loyalty App! And to start with a bang, we’re giving away a Free Bowl to every App customer who has not yet received a Free Gift from us. If you’ve already downloaded our App, you’ll see it on your app on the 26th November. For new App customers, you’ll see it as soon as you’ve downloaded & connected your credit card details.

How to redeem your free bowl:
Step 1. Download the POKÉD Loyalty App.
Step 2. Register your details.
Step 3. Upload your Credit Card details: Tap on 3 lines, top left hand corner of App to open your Profile. Select ‘Payment’ & connect your Credit Card details.
Step 4. Select Location: Tap on Location drop down list, top middle of App & select your location.
Step 5. Claim Your Free Bowl: Make sure you tap to Claim your $12 in-app Credit for your free bowl. Otherwise you’ll be charged & we don’t want that to happen : (
Step 6. Select ‘Pay In-Store’: Tap on ‘How are you ordering today?’, bottom of App. Select ‘Pay In-Store’. You will now see your Order Number.
Step 7. Order your Free Bowl at the counter: Tell us your Order Number. Tap ‘Leave’. Collect your Free Bowl.

T&Cs:
(1) Download the POKÉD App from the Apple Store & receive one (x1) free small POKÉD Bowl of your choice of flavour in the “Designed By Us” menu.
(2) The free small POKÉD Bowl is an in-app Credit of $12.
(3) $12 Credit can be redeemed at any of our stores.
(4) Credit card details must be uploaded on the App for the $12 Credit to function.
(5) $12 Credit will expire in one (x1) from the day of the promotion.

    I can see the credit on the app but not sure how to use it to pay for the poke I picked on the app….any advice anyone? Thanks in advance.

      I used this the other day and the app didn’t let me “Order Ahead”. I think this could just depend on different stores.

      If this is happening to you, you can just select “Pay In-Store” after you select “How are you ordering today?” at the bottom of the app. This will give you a queue no. so when you show the staff your no. they would be able to identify transaction. Of course only do this when you are close to the store and about to order.

    Very happy with my first poke. Chose the Hawaiian option and was happy with the size small. Obviously they are sticking true to their US heritage in serving sizes.

    why do you need credit card details if it's free?
    will you do a pre-authorisation?

      Yeah there is a pre-auth charge of $1 which will be refunded. It’s just how the app works.
