First time in 10 years I think I am going to actually have an AU PS+ subscription, poor AUD vs USD and the fact the the Asian sub has been jacked up makes this a pretty good deal for once.
Why do you guys use Plus sub these days? For the monthly free games of extra storage for savegames?

All three. Mainly for multiplayer.
There are some great games being offered though which would cover the annual fee!
I just save the games to my library and download it when I feel like it :)
Sadly since Feb 2019 no PS3 games are offered under PS Plus
Also you need to remember that PS3 Multiplayer was free, PS4 isn't…IMO not worth to pay for as a casual gamer. If you use it everyday then yes.
I haven't found many of my plus games worth it this year.

Plus bloodborne - which should be included with the ps4 like Alex the kid was. So I got to give my neighbour my disc copy and keep the plus version, not to mention it bought new players to help them out.

I know if the primary account has PS+ then all the sub accounts get multiplayer and access to the 'free' games
IIRC, you make the master account tied to the playstation that you wont be using, this will make all users of that console have access to all the downloaded games.
Otherwise the PS+ games will be locked if that user isn't logged into that PS.
PS4-alt = Log in with your PSN username, only people with the PS+ games tied to their name will be able to play the games.
PS4-master account = Make this one your master account, but let your siblings/children use their accounts on it. This should give anyone who logged into it access to the downloaded games.
