  I got some Heller Trinity ceiling fan and light combos installed back when I renovated 5 years ago, when they were installed different fans were less prone to wobbling than others, some were perfectly stable, others were slightly wobbly. I lived there 4 years, never ran them on the highest speed as it moves a lot faster but didn't really translate into much more air movement, and all the fans still worked perfectly when I left.

  Moved out and rented the place out for a year, tenant leaves, and 3 of the 5 fans are running terrible. Some make an awful clattering noise, some wobble to the point of looking unsafe, and 1 is still perfect and one looks fine with no wobble but makes a slight grinding noise. Checked warranty, only 1 year.

  Is it normal to have so much wear in 1 year? Also are these likely to be repairable or just junk? And if they are junk, what should I buy or is there any particular installation requirement to make sure I get a good life out of these fans?
