After using this for about ten days, I can’t say I really enjoy it. Mostly in Sydney cbd and Chatswood and the call quality is not great, nor connectivity. I’ll have 3 bars of 4G and no data for half a minute before the website loads.

  • Anybody who didnt use Shopback app but just shopback website, did you have your ship back rejected?

I got mine rejected because "Using promo codes that are not eligible for cashback"

    • Thanks for the reminder. I just ch eck and it wasnt even tracked. That's 2 out of about 8 purchases this month that havent tracked with shopback now
Not surprisingly, they are both my highest value cashback.
      Probably going back to cashrewards.

      • Report a missing cashback for it and they should give you the cashback. It worked for me.

    • I used the Shopback site but it didn't get tracked so I reported a missing cashback and got the $28 cashback after a few days. I wasn't expecting to get it so fast since I have other missing cashback's that haven't been given yet.

      • I reported it and they said i most likely "Using promo codes that are not eligible for cashback"

The code I used is the one listed in this deal.

I told them to please investigate further as clearly I only used a promo code that was elgible.

They also said I must have hit a banner ad or clicked out of the website but that wasnt the case either.

They can see I clicked the Shopback link and they can see I setup a mobile account with the website, but they dont want to honour the cashback.

        • Have you activated your sim yet? Wondering if it has to do with that.

  • Ordered mine 2 weeks ago and the Sim still hasnt arrived. Gee there delivery carrier sure is slow.

    • Have you contacted Circles? Should have been sent out within 1-2 business days. I got an Aus post email saying it was coming 2 days after i ordered so yours may not have been processed. They may also use other delivery couriers as well.

      • Yeh contacted them after a week. They told me estimated delivery time and gave me auspost tracking which is still in the ether (in transit). I don't live in a capital city but the Sunshine Coast ain't exactly rural.

    • Yeah mine came next day express post via Auspost.

  • Did anyone else get a hamper delivered from circles?

  • Anyone know what happens if you don't activate the sim ever? I got one because I was needing some internet, but it took a few weeks to get to me, due to some address isues and I really don't need it anymore.

  • Just a small update.
I've had this sim card for about 1 week so far. I normally use boost (which is part of telstra). I'm using the sim card only as a personal wifi hotspot for my 50 inch TV to stream youtube from my apple TV. The connection has been pretty good so far and i can't complain.
