    Seems to stack with 20% for titles which aren't in a multibuy e.g. Luther S1-5 is $24.98 * 0.8 * 0.6 = $11.99, i.e. 52% off!

  • Just wondering is it those new 4K disc doesn't have blu-ray included anymore if didn't mention on the box, right?

    • Yeah, Australia's BBC 4K releases only include the 4K disc, no Blu-ray.

      • What do you mean? 4k disc is a blu-ray disc.

        • +2

          4k disc is a blu-ray disc.

          ??

          4k and blu-ray two difference format, they normally have 4k and blu-ray disc in the same box.

          • -6

            @superforever: No they're not… 4k blu-ray is a blu-ray so idk what you mean by it doesn't have a blu-ray.

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra_HD_Blu-ray

            • @JAKEBAB: They mean that it doesn't also include a separate Blu-ray disc with a Full-HD format movie/show.

                @ChiefAJ:

                They mean that it doesn't also include a separate Blu-ray disc with a Full-HD format movie/show.

                Everybody understand 4K refer to UHD and Blu-ray refer to FHD.

            • -1

              @JAKEBAB: You just want to play with the term.

              • -1

                @superforever: No your just causing confusion. A blu-ray is a blu-ray.

                • +1

                  @JAKEBAB: Everybody understand 4K refer to UHD and the old FHD blu-ray we just call it blu-ray.

                  Nobody call 4K UHD blu-ray.

                  This is what JB have on their site, Blu-Ray refer to old FHD nobody call 4K Ultra HD as UHD Blu-Ray, we all understand only you don't understand.

                  4K Ultra HD
                  TV shows on DVD
                  Movies on DVD
                  TV shows on Blu-Ray
                  Movies on Blu-Ray
                  3D Movies

                  • @superforever: The way you worded "is it those new 4K disc" made it sound like a competing platform, I had thought something like HD DVD had made a comeback.

                  • -1

                    @superforever: 4k UHD is actually a Blu-ray disc. Obviously it's different to the traditional disc. But it's still a Blu-ray.

                    Regardless, I'd rather they drop the extra disc.

                    • +1

                      @scuderiarmani: I am just trying to say most people refer 4K -> UHD and Blu-Ray -> FHD and nobody call the 4K as UHD Blu-Ray because it is too confusing for most people.

                      I just want to say a lot of new release 4K movie doesn't have FHD Blu-Ray in it anymore.

      The Big Finish war doctor stories are a good listen if you haven't already

  • Which recent season of Dr Who is better?

    • Series 10 wasn't incredible but it's way better than Series 11, in my opinion.

      • Series 9 better than 10?

        • I'd say so, yeah.

    • In my opinion they are all really good except possibly series 1 - Christopher Eccleston and series 11 - Jodie Whittaker.

    • All of Peter Capaldi's

    • None of them. S6 onwards are all crapola.
