How good are these really? You cannot just go by the spec's.
I had a Samsung camera after the trusty old Canon died.
Samsung was awful to use. bad interface and buggy software. e.g. the auto-focus only worked properly when you were on the widest zoom. Has it got better?you can't expect much from an el cheapo camera. I would say its on par with the camera on your phone
Even a bad digicam has xenon flash, optical zoom, and most importantly a bigger sensor and lens than a phone.
be sure to buy it then
If you really think your phone camera can take photos as good as a dedicated camera (even a cheap one like this) then I want some of whatever you are on!
for 88 bux, i daresay it is. Have you seen what some of the camera phones can do nowadays. Nokia have very good cameras on their phones.
No one in their right mind would buy this as their dedicated camera. For anything off the cuff, i use my phone camera. Surely you wouldn't use this to take family holiday photos, would you. lIke i said, buy it and enjoy. wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole

my bad. shipping at insane price rendering it too expensive compared to domestic prices.
Oh one of my cameras is a Samsung Dual-View, PL150. So far, it's been doing quite well with its picture quality and reliability. And, its auto-focus has been working properly even on 1* zoom, and its macro mode works well too. Speaking of a phone which can take good pics, I personally think my Samsung F480 with auto-focus lens, led flash and 5mp sensor does the job well. And I don't work for Samsung. =)
