      I realised it was Shopback app -> Groupon app. You can't get redirected to Groupon website from the Shopback app version that I have.

    ShopBack's derailed… there's no track!

    It looks like shortly after they fixed that "system glitch" everyone's tracking stopped working. Wonder if they're related? The site does say 2 days, it's only been a smidge over a day for me so far. I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow!

    For no tracking, just cancel the voucher and ask a full refund via Groupon desktop help. You can explain the reason briefly beforehand as they will ask for it as a confirmation.

    Mine got never tracked. While submitting missing cashback, noticed Groupon email says order placed on 17 October even though it was placed on 18th October (PayPal transaction email confirms that too).

      I had the same issue (date discrepancy), mine didn't track either. After submitting a missing cashback it's now tracked for full amount (although will take a few months to be available). It did take a few days for the investigation to take place though.
