The main appeal of this bundle is the latest version of Corel Painter, which apparently retails for $429 USD. Painter is in the $25 tier. Beat the average is only slightly less, @$22, and will get you PaintShopPro, though I doubt this will entice people away from their pir8ted copies of Photoshop and Lightroom.

I remember when Corel Paint retailed for less than $25.
GIMP and darktable available on all platforms and free every day of the year for the true ozbargainer.
I'm not going to lie though, having used Photoshop since CS2, getting used to the GIMP UX is a bit like getting used to driving on the other side of the road - but just like in that analogy I've found that both systems work equally well.
Having tried both PaintShop Pro and Affinity Photo I can't say they make weaning yourself off of Photoshop any easier, so you may as well go straight to the libre options IMO.
Paint Shop Pro is meant to be touted as a drawing program rather than a photo editing program that photoshop is meant for…although both can do either either, supposedly…. This guide says it's the best professional grade program, which is why it's so damn expensive…and much more comprehensive than any other drawing suite known…but is supposedly buggy… (also says GIMP is dead… 😛)
Also you there is partial psd file support in GIMP, where it won't properly show all the layers…so you'll either have to work with a common fully supported image format(Such as png or save to tiff - supposedly that format has layers that is fully supported by both GIMP and Photoshop) or disregard the other and focus on the one instead…
For $37, I might give the program a try….maybe it is vastly superior to any other drawing programs I've used in the past…?
$25 USD get you Pinnacle 23 ultimate which is good for video editing. $1USD tier has photo mirage which I saw in instagram simillar software ads selling $50.
HOLY FARK!! Pinnacle Studio 23 ultimate edition is in the $25 USD tier.. it's a great series of video editors and I was looking at upgrading my version 19 to 23 and it was going to cost me $99 AUD to do so.. instant sale. I probably never would have even looked in this bundle as usually paint programs never interest me at all. But I'm now going to buy it for that one application. cheers!
I have Pinnacle Studio 21 and found it to be a significant step down from my older version 14. Much clunkier UI. longer load times.
Worst issue is that it is using 32 bit components that dont play nicely with 64bit windows. Rendering can crash the system or overloads the CPU and resources to 100%.
Doesnt like some codecs either and Corel not offering to support them.
Just purchased Vegas studio (on sale directly from the developer) which seems to be a better program so far.The main appeal of this bundle is the latest version of Corel Painter.
There's a newer version of Corel Painter, - 20/20 https://www.painterartist.com/en/product/painter/
but it's still great value; it's worth buying the PhotoMirage for a dollar 50 as that's normally AU$99.FYI- Corel was added to the KKR PE/venture capital stable in early July 2019, so can only guess what their plans are with the Corel product line.
Don't know if Humble have extended the offer, but their bundle page says it expires in 9.5 days, which will be Wednesday 9th October.
Anyone know how the keys/activation works for this? Can I install Paintshop Pro on 2 computers?
It says perpetual license for up to 2 devices. Although im not too sure if the key is transferable from one to the other device
Unfortunately this deal did not actually include the latest version of Corel Painter. The bundle was for 2019 rather than 2020.
2020 notably includes GPU acceleration for some of the brushes.
Nice deal from Corel! Thanks OP
