  • Missing the UK eBay offer, but better than nothing.

How about you track my gift cards from last deal first?

    • Who is "you"?

      • AusPost/ShopBack

  • 5%….yea! better than nothing & lower risk. bought $900 eBay GCs, always comes in handy. Thanks, OP!

  • +6

If it track. I Brought $300 and not being tracked, still under investigation

    • +3

      Same here

    • Mine took almost a month to get and after you get them they need to be activated (had to call them and wait in queue for 10-15 minutes).

  • +2

Won’t buy again from aust post.
Last time transaction was not tracked via ShopBack and had to ring aust post to activate the gift card. Pain!

    • Last time transaction was not tracked via ShopBack

What does this have to do with Australia Post?

and had to ring aust post to activate the gift card. Pain!

This is done for security purposes and you'll find that most retailers that sell gift cards over a certain amount will do the exact same.

      • Both were pain to deal with! Won’t buy gift card if it cannot be delivered within 1-2 days waiting time.

        • I don't see that as a valid reason for a negative vote, as you can't expect free express, registered postage on an physical item like a gift card.

          • -1

@magic8ballgag: Correct. Will only buy e-gift card or I physically pick up the gift card in store.

It’s a double-ve if I can vote twice. One for Aust Post one for ShopBack.

    • Hey pearl2013,

Unfortunately the AusPost system went down on the last offer so we had some tracking issues. If you send us your invoice/confirmation to [email protected] and we'll get this sorted for you. We've already fixed this for hundreds of customers and are more than happy to help you get the cashback.

All tracking issues are now fixed with AusPost so there will be no tracking problems.

I already did a couple of weeks ago and it’s still under investigation.

      • mines been investigating for 5 weeks now,

surely it doesnt take that long

        • Surely it would if there are hundreds.

    • So you wont do something that is as.simple as a phone call to protect the security of something that gets sent in the post??

      Wow

      Entitled

  • +1

Yeah same with both still at SB under investication . CR most now have been tracked .

Not impressed with having to send paperwork to both digging into my time !

  • I'm confused. Are these two completely separate deals or can you get discounts on Lenovo vouchers?

    • I waited 3-4 weeks for delivery of the gift cards…unless the Lenovo sale will last that long can’t see you can stack the discount / cash back tracked.

  • Sh!T!! 4 weeks for delivery!?! I cannot wait for 4 weeks because I have going somewhere. But I have already ordered $650 worth of eBay gift cards. Can they be refunded?

    • Terrible terrible experience…

      • My transactions tracked within 24 hours, but I cannot wait for 4 weeks for AusPost to send out their gift cards to me.

Isn't it ironic that AusPost takes so long to send out their own gift cards?!

        Anyone has successfully sought refund?!

  • I bought the Extreme gen 1. Note that the sound is TERRIBLE. has great power and awesome keyboard/trackpad but I found I had to always use headphones since it made me so sad to hear to from the speakers. For people who use headwear anyway it's great but I found it very annoying

  • $2000 for a laptop with 1080p screen ?

  • my original transaction didnt track, because of supposed aust post website issues,

    finally got tracked today,

    incorrect amount

    msged got your back,

got a reply in an hour, with extra cashback topped up,

    ROCKING SERVICE!!!! :)

my allegiance has been furthered strengthened
