We’ve identified a sales reporting issue with Auspost Online, meaning that purchases between these dates may not have successfully tracked to your ShopBack account.", so looks like all the cry babies who gave me a negative now owe me an apology, won't be holding my breathe though.
How do we track a aust post purchase ? I bought ebay gift card from the previous deal post and still not arrived or no update about that. Couldn’t find anything on aust post website how to track it. Any help ?
Auspost is late in shipping, I just received email that it will arrive next week so almost 7 days since when I ordered. It comes from Melbourne.

Even it starts in Woolies again, it can hardly be regarded as 10% off. Rewards can not be redeemed on any giftcards purchase now. It'll affect those who do not shop often at Woolies group stores.

I purchased $300 in gift cards so hoping it worked.
I always wonder if Cashrewards is a better service as never have issues with them and always get a tracking email almost instantly for certainty.
I hope so too, I purchased from both CR and SB, and both have not tracked!

Cash rewards is far better than shopback when it comes to adding bonus.
Lucky I brought this from cash rewards.
All my shopback transaction which has bonus is still not tracked and when you email they ask you to wait for weeks if not month before you contact them again. many probably forget those cashback!!
Also shopback rewards expires within 12 month unlike cashrewards which doesn't expire.
I wish cashrewards gets some Better deal and tieup with eBay 😀

Before 4 of 9 was tracked immediately . Have send 9 delivery advice with order numbers to them and now up to 7 of 9 tracked . Getting there :)
Shopback painfully takes longer to track the deal. While cashrewards atleast track deal same day.
Why would it takes 2 days to track the deal for eBay? Many times they forget to track and we forget about it….that's why I prefer cashrewards then shopback.
Shopback should track immediately after the transaction with status "awaiting validation" and then change status to "validated" once vendor confirm the transaction. Finally change to "approved"once cashback approved by vendor.
I have my three separate transactions messed up by shopback and they need 14 days to get back to you on top of two months of waiting period.

This is ridiculous. I know lot of people neg comments complaining about delays in cashback and says they owe you nothing but not when you advertise your deal entirely on the basis of cashback. I can understand it is hard for a small business but I cant justify something to take almost a month to be tracked.
Not a happy customer this time.
I was able to return my gift cards to Auspost for refund. Learned now not to rely on Shopback, they don't provide enough certainty of cash back.
The other mob, cashback.com.au I think more reliable as they email you straight away when transaction is done with notification.
